Rune Westberg

Rune Westberg is a Danish singer, songwriter, record producer, and mixer currently living and working in Los Angeles.[1]

He has written and produced for artists including Adam Lambert, Daughtry, Joe Brooks, Kristinia DeBarge, Brooke White, The JaneDear Girls, MoZella, Tiffany Page, Our Lady Peace, Camera Can't Lie, Between the Trees, Beth Hart, Hiroko, Tyler Hilton, Jason Reeves, Alphabeat, Saybia, Carpark North, Tue West, Magtens Korridorer, Michael Learns to Rock, and Mani Spinx.[2][3]

He released a solo album in 2001, entitled "Rune Westberg".

Along with Chad Kroeger, Eric Dill and Chris Daughtry, Rune Westberg wrote the debut single of Daughtry's second album "Leave this town".[4] The single, titled No Surprise, was debuted on American Idol Wednesday, May 6, 2009.

Wrote first single off Japanese pop icon Hiroko's solo debut, "Girlz Up", with Pam Sheyne. Single release jan 2011.

Rune Westberg was awarded a BMI award for "No Surprise" in 2010.
